Woman Died in Overnight Waltham Crash
A car rolled over on Main Street at around 12:30 a.m. on March 24.

A female motorist died in the early hours of March 24 when the car she as driving rolled over and struck another car, according to Waltham Police.
At 12:37 a.m., Waltham Police responded to a report of a car rolled over with a person trapped underneath, according to police. Firefighters responded and found the car on its side with the woman, who had been ejected, trapped under it. She died as a result of her injuries.
Before the crash, the car had been driving east on Main Street but the driver lost control, veered into the westbound lane and struck another vehicle travelling west, according to police. Nobody else was injured in the incident.

The crash is under investigation, but speed does appear to be a factor, according to police. Police are withholding the victim's name pending notification of her family.
