Man Busted After Stealing Wife's Car in Watertown

The man will go to court for charges of larceny of a motor vehicle.

A man landed in legal trouble after allegedly stealing his estranged wife's car and moving it from her workplace in Watertown.

A woman who works on Arsenal Street received a call from her husband saying that her "your car is gone," said Watertown Police Lt. Michael Lawn.

The car was later located in the parking lot of the Watertown Mall. Police took out a warrant for the man, who turned himself in.

Tyrone Silva, 28, of 29 Field St. in Brockton, appeared in Waltham District Court on a charge of larceny of a motor vehicle, Lawn said.
