WHS Club Showing Film to Raise Money for Medical Care in Armenia

The Watertown High School Armenian Club raises money every year to send doctors to remote villages in Armenia. This Sunday, they will host a movie screening to raise money for this cause.

The Club will show the movie, “Lost & Found in Armenia,” on Nov. 17, at 3 p.m. in the WHS Lecture Hall. Tickets are $7 and can be purchased at the door, according to a story in the Raider Times, the WHS newspaper.

The film, which is rated PG-13, is a comedy about a U.S. Senator’s son who tries to forget the breakup of his fiancée and is talked into going on vacation in Turkey by his best friends. He ends up in a small village in Armenia, where he is accused of being a spy.
