5 Things: DPW Grievance Discussion, School is Back, Moment of Silence

A few things you need to know on Monday, April 22, 2013, in Wayland.

1. DPW Grievance Discussion. The Board of Selectmen and Personnel Board will discuss the grievances filed by the members of the Department of Public Works. The discussion is scheduled to begin at 7:30 p.m. in the Large Hearing Room at Wayland Town Building.

2. School's Back. Children will be at bus stops and on the sidewalks again today as the head back to class following April break. In preparation for that return, Wayland administrators addressed how the schools will handle questions about the past week's events.

3. Additional Meetings. The Finance Committee will hear tonight from the finance director about the impact of Annual Town Meeting actions on residential tax bills and other topics.
