In my opinion, Wayland’s upcoming election is one of the most important that voters have had the opportunity to participate in for many years. My wife and I have lived in Wayland for many years. All our children attended Wayland schools. We care about our town and its future.

Wayland’s taxpayers have benefited recently from the efforts of dedicated individuals who have worked hard and long to bring greater fiscal accountability to town governance. Two of these individuals have now stepped forward as candidates for elected office. One is Tony Boschetto, who is a candidate for Selectman, and the other is Donna Bouchard, a candidate for School Committee.

I urge the voters to support these people at the polls on April 2. I feel they deserve your consideration, not only for what they have done for the town to date but, more importantly, for the contributions they will be able to make in the future.

Respectfully,
