National Bank Chain Opens First Wayland Branch
The bank said it plans to open 50 more branches over the next two years.

WAYLAND, MA — A national bank chain has opened another location in Massachusetts, with the latest right in Sudbury.
Chase officially opened its first retail branch in Wayland at 44 Main St., marking the chain's 93rd location in Massachusetts.
The new Wayland branch is about 3,000 square feet, has two ATMS, an after-hours vestibule, and includes a Chase Private Client Team for customers. The branch is also fully employed with bankers who live and work in and around Wayland, according to JPMorgan Chase.

Chase began growing in the Bay State in 2018. The bank opened its first branch in the state in 2018, and now has dozens across Massachusetts, including one in Sudbury that opened in October and others in Marlborough, Natick and Framingham.
The chain said it plans to open 50 more branches over the next two years.
“When Chase enters a community, we bring the resources of a global institution with a focus on local solutions,” said Ahmed. “In addition to going above and beyond to serve our customers, we are going to engage and collaborate with our neighbors to create more equitable economic growth here in Wayland.”
