Police Log: Minors Buying Tobacco, Toy Guns in a Car, and a Wandering Woman

  • 264 Old Connecticut Path; March 5, 3:49 p.m. - Caller reported spotting a small child moving around in a vehicle while the vehicle was in motion.
  • 42 Peck Ave.; March 5, 5:34 p.m. - Report of an elderly female walking around the caller's neighborhood.
  • 114 Main St; March 5, 11:47 a.m. - Callers reported that a male wearing a black hat was walking around her car while she was working.
  • 3 Kelsey Road; March 6, 7:34 p.m. - Report of a telephone pole on fire with arcing wires.
  • 114 Main Street; March 7, 9:48 p.m. - Caller reported underage individuals were trying to buy tobacco.
  • 264 Old Connecticut Path; March 9, 11:27 a.m. - Caller reported seeing three guns in the back of a vehicle. Officer Bradford responded and found the guns to be toys, but advised the owner to cover them with a blanket.
  • 317 Boston Post Road; March 10, 11:56 p.m. - Arrest of Colleen Coughlin, 24, of Prior Drive in Framingham on a charge of operating after suspension. According to a police press release, Coughlin was arrested after a motor vehicle stop. She was transported to the Wayland Police Station and later released on a promise to appear at Framingham District Court at 9 a.m. on March 11.
  • 99 Stonebridge Road; March 11, 6:42 p.m. - Walk-in report of a dog bite.
