Patch: What attracted you to the line of work you’re in, and how did you get started?
Levin: It all started when my husband and I completed a renovation and successful resale of our home in Wellesley, and friends started calling for advice. I enjoyed helping so much that I got my real estate license and have been guiding others through the process ever since.
Patch: If you had to sum up your business mission to a stranger, what would you say?
Levin: Market expertise and attention, start to finish.
Patch: What’s the biggest challenge or most difficult moment you’ve faced in your job?
Levin: Every one of my clients has specific needs and desires for their first or next property. Searching for just the right fit while keeping in mind one's budget is a challenge I love to tackle.
Patch: What’s the most satisfying part of your job?
Levin: It's always tense when a seller and buyer don't agree on something (for example, price). That's when I kick into high gear. It's so important for me to be a good listener and help everyone come to a workable solution. I like to add value during the most challenging times.

Patch: How would you say your business distinguishes itself from the others?
Levin: I take great pride in making my buyers and sellers the most educated and smart ones out there. My job is to make you so confident in your decisions that you feel like an expert yourself throughout the process. Confidence and smarts is a winning combination.
Patch: What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given when it comes to success?
Levin: Certainly being a good listener helps.
Patch: Are there any new projects or endeavors you’re working on that you’re extra excited about?
Levin: Compass has so many exciting programs to help you find your place in the world. Compass Concierge is a program that can help you sell your home faster for more money. We provide you the money to make home improvements up front with no interest, ever. Compass Bridge Loan Services provides access to competitive rates and dedicated support from industry-leading lenders, with the exclusive option to get up to six months of your bridge loan payments fronted when you sell your home with a Compass agent.
