A Dorchester resident was arrested on Aug. 5 at 6:45 p.m. near 603 Worcester St., and charged with unlicensed driving, Wellesley police said. Seneca Johnson, of 9 Brisley St., Dorchester, was also charged with giving a false name to police while driving a car, and receiving stolen property, police said.
