ICYMI: Wellesley Music School Offers Unusual Reward for Return of Tom Brady's Jersey

Want to learn to play guitar? Just give back the GOAT's jersey and Bach to Rock will turn you into Hendrix for free.

WELLESLEY, MA – The bandit behind the brazen heist of Tom Brady's jersey might not be welcome in many parts of Massachusetts, but one Wellesley music school is willing to extend an olive branch – provided the jersey is returned, unharmed.

Bach to Rock is offering free music lessons for life to the person who returns TB12's jersey, the school's director, Mark "Cali" Calandrello said.

"This is a very serious situation for Tom Brady and for the people of New England who want the G.O.A.T. to have this important piece of history," Calandrello told Patch in an email.

Brady's jersey went missing shortly after the Patriots' historic 34-28 Super Bowl win over the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday. In video posted by Yahoo's Shutdown Corner, Brady asked around for it, telling staff that he put it in his bag, but it was no longer there.

Martin Rogers of USA Today reported that Brady looked flustered as looked around and asked security officials and equipment managers to help find it. Other players assisted in the search, but Brady could be heard on video saying, “If anyone sees on eBay, a jersey for sale."

As of Thursday, the jersey remains AWOL. The Texas Rangers (the lawmen, not the baseball team) announced earlier this week that they had joined the search for the missing jersey, and now the folks at Bach 2 Rock are doing their part.

"The greatest sports comeback that the Patriots staged should not be marred by some gutless dipstick who stole something that doesn’t belong to him," Calandrello said in an email. "Well, that dipstick is welcome here at Bach to Rock once the jersey is returned."
