Lightning Strikes Wellesley Home; Causes 2-Alarm Fire
Residents are asked to avoid the Radcliffe Road area.

WELLESLEY, MA — Lightning caused a two-alarm fire on Radcliffe Road in Wellesley Friday afternoon.
Wellesley Police asked people to avoid the area.
Newton has provide mutual aid and station coverage.

The strike was one of a handful reported during the storm. Firefighters also responded to strikes in Foxborough, Weymouth and Holbrook.
