OUI, Bitcoin Scam: Wellesley Police Log
The following is from the Wellesley Police Log. Arrests and charges mentioned don't imply conviction.

April 13
2:15 a.m. - Officer Knapp was on patrol on Worcester Street near Cedar Street when he observed a Hyundai SUV traveling west straddling both travel lanes. As the vehicle continued west, it had difficulty maintaining a lane of travel and began traveling well below the posted speed limit. Knapp stopped the vehicle near Kingsbury Street and made contact with the operator of the vehicle, 38-year-old Todd Fisher of Oakham. As he was speaking with Fisher, he detected a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emanating from his person, his eyes were glassy and bloodshot and his speech was slurred. Fisher agreed to take some reasonable tests of balance and coordination to determine his ability to safely operate a motor vehicle. He took and failed three tests. He was taken into custody, charged with operating under the influence of liquor and marked lanes violation, transported to the station, booked in the usual manner and later released on personal recognizance.
9:30 a.m. - Officer Dixon was advised by the records manager at the police department that a resident had provided her with a letter he had received in the mail which he thought was suspicious. After reviewing the contents of the letter Officer Dixon recognized it as a scam where the sender provides a vague threat regarding having potentially embarrassing or compromising information about the recipient of the letter that will be revealed to his family if he does not pay a fee in Bitcoin. The letter appears to be a hoax and Officer Dixon was unable to determine the origin of the letter.

4:46 a.m. - Officer Knapp was conducting traffic enforcement on Worcester Street near Cedar Street when he observed a Toyota sedan approaching at a speed that appeared to be greater than the posted speed limit of 50 mph. Officer Knapp confirmed the vehicle’s speed to be 76 mph. Officer Knapp stopped the vehicle on Worcester Street near the onramp to Interstate 95 North. He spoke with the operator, 29-year-old Nestor Martino of Framingham and asked for his license and registration. Officer Knapp also observed that the passenger, 25-year-old Alexander Cruz of Framingham was not wearing a seatbelt and asked for his identification. A query of Martino’s information indicated there was an active straight warrant for his arrest for assault with a dangerous weapon. Cruz did not possess a valid driver’s license. The vehicle was inventoried prior to being towed. During the inventory of the vehicle’s contents a firearm was located under the front passenger seat. Cruz was then taken into custody. Both Martino and Cruz were transported to the station, booked in the usual manner, afforded all rights and held on bail.
10:20 p.m. - Officer Kane spoke with a resident about an email a family member had received that they felt was potentially threatening. The reporting party indicated that the company a family member works for had recently laid off several employees and that family member received an email sent to his business email account that stated, “you can let us go but we can let you go too.” They wanted to make the police aware of the email in case any issues arose in the future.
