Support Sam’s Boston Marathon Run
Find out who Sam is and why he's running this year's Boston Marathon!

Hi all,
The runners are out and busy training. The World of Wellesley is grateful to Sam Sanchez for lacing his shoes, training, and supporting the World of Wellesley. The World of Wellesley is a not-for-profit and runs, no pun intended, on a shoestring budget. Sam's goal of $7,000 will support programming, grants to the Young Ethnic Scholars (YES) program at the High School, the multi-cultural fair, the MLK breakfast and the Community Book Read to name just a few. If you want to support a group committed to creating a welcoming and inclusive community please consider supporting Sam and spreading the word.
Thank-you,

A message from Sam Sanchez:
Hello!
I am very excited to run the 127th Boston Marathon for World of Wellesley and am asking for your help in fundraising for this incredible non-profit organization. Having moved to Wellesley Massachusetts not too long ago, I immediately found community amongst the many mission-driven individuals of World of Wellesley and its community members.
As a local non-profit, World of Wellesley remains committed to uplifting issues of social justice and to making Wellesley a more inclusive community. World of Wellesley has hosted numerous community discussions centering topics such as voting rights, anti-racism practice, and Native American history detailed from Indigenous perspective. Additionally, World of Wellesley continues to promote and support the initiatives of many community organizations who share in the vision of a more inclusive community.
If you are able to contribute to my fundraising project, you can contribute through the GivenGain donation link below, the official fundraising resource for the Boston Marathon. These funds will go to supporting the incredible mission-driven work that World of Wellesley supports.
