Veterans' Window Displays And Movie Night In Wellesley

The displays will remain in windows until November 28.

Wellesley is saluting Veterans during November with window displays of memorabilia from World War II and other wars in downtown storefronts.

Look for exhibits that include flags, photos, posters and other artifacts at locations along Central Street, Church Street, and Washington Street.

Residents can safely view the displays from outside the stores. Health offcials are reminding everyone to wear masks and face coverings to help keep our community safe.

The displays will remain in windows through November 28, 2020.

Mobile Movie Night on November 10

The movie Midway (1976 version with Charlton Heston and Henry Fonda) will be held on Tuesday, November 10 in the Tailby parking lot. The lot will open at 4:30 p.m.

The movie will run from 5 p.m. to approximately 7 p.m. and is free for Wellesley residents. Space is limited; please register in advance beginning on Thursday, November 5 at 10:00 a.m.
