Inspect and Check

When asked for his license and registration, the driver indicated that he did not have a license. A query confirmed that he had a suspended license. Police arrested and charged the driver, a Rafael Guzman, 33, of Boston, with driving on a suspended license, driving with a failed inspection, and failing to stay in the right lane.

He failed to make bail and was transported to Dedham District Court.

Prescription for Four

Police received a report from a resident indicating that someone had stolen their wallet on May 21. Inside the wallet, she said, a prescription for oxycontin. The resident added that she had received four calls from pharmacists, two in Boston, one in Natick and a fourth in Wellesley.

Police say the same individual tried to fill that prescription, which appeared to have been modified or copied from the original. Detective Brooks followed up with the pharmacist in Wellesley, whose description matched that of the person the reporting caller believes took the wallet. The detective was also able to get a video of the suspect.

Police identified and contacted Sarah Mueller, a Ravine Road resident, who asked her to come into the station. May 30, she came to the station at about 10:45 a.m. She was arrested and charged with uttering a false prescription and forging a document, then transported to Dedham District Court.
