What Are Your Wellesley Library 10-Year Memories?
The Wellesley Free Library turned 10 earlier this month. What are some of your favorite moments from the last 10 years?
Do you remember the first book you checked out from the Wellesley Free Library?
As of the beginning of June, the main branch of the library is 10 years old. This was marked by a celebration on June 1.

The party featured a visit from (Stephen Collins as) Walt Whitman and Mark Twain (as played by Richard Clark). A statue of William Shakespeare also came to life in the hallway, and kids were entertained by Mother Goose and Clifford the Big Red Dog stories.

Patrons can also expect to see a number of anniversary gifts appear around the library, such as personalized bricks, book plates and benches.
