1 Arrested For Domestic Assault and Battery

A Westborough resident was charged with three counts of domestic assault and battery after an incident Sunday night.

Stephen J. Banks allegedly damaged a grill, a house front door and a motor vehicle during the incident, Police Chief Alan Gordon said Monday.

Police arrested Banks, 20, of 10 Baker Way, after responding to the street for a reported general disturbance at 9:57 p.m., according to the Westborough Police log.

Besides the domestic assault charges, police charged Banks with malicious destruction of property, more than $250; malicious destruction of property, less than $250; and wanton destruction of property over $250.
