2 Hospitalized After Crash In Westborough: Report
Following an eight-car crash on Route 9 this morning, two people have been hospitalized. Traffic has since been cleared.
WESTBOROUGH, MA - An 8-vehicle crash on Route 9 westbound near the 100 block of Turnpike Road left two people hospitalized this morning, according to MassLive.
Initially reported as a four-vehicle crash, police later confirmed eight vehicles were involved. The Westborough Police Department stated the crash happened after one car stopped in traffic, and the sudden halt led to a chain reaction. There were minor injuries, and two people were hospitalized.
The traffic has since been cleared.
