3 From Westborough Summonsed to Court

These are the Westborough related cases as reported in the Westborough District Court logs for last week.

Tuesday, May 22

Derrick Henry, 20, of 165 Turnpike Rd. #64, Westborough, was summonsed to on a complaint May 29 by and charged with domestic assault and battery and defacing property. He was charged in connection with an alleged assault that caused minor injuries to a woman’s arm, according to the police report. He also damaged the rear mirror, passenger side mirror and front hood of another woman’s vehicle, according to the police report. Judge David Locke continued the case to June 27.

Wednesday, May 30

Xiamara Glendy, 31, of 13 W. Main St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Aug. 9 by Westborough police and charged with driving without a license, failure to yield at an intersection and marked lanes violation. Judge Robert Calagione continued the case to Aug. 1.

Kendall Bergmann, 20, of 10 Queenanne Rd., Hopkinton, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 9 by Westborough police and charged with a state highway traffic violation and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Calagione continued the case to July 11.

Richard A. Giardina, 49, of 18 Tylee Ave., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 9 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration. Calagione dismissed the first charge upon payment of $200 in court costs and dismissed the second charge outright.

Arjunan M. Preetham, 21, of 19 Liberty Drive, Northborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 27 by Westborough police and charged with OUI liquor, driving negligently, failure to stop/yield and speeding. Calagione continued the case to Aug. 1.

Angel M. Avila, 44, of 293 Turnpike Rd. #106, Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint June 14 by Westborough police and charged with assault and battery. Calagione continued the case to June 14.

Todd McCarthy, 32, of 1 Rice St., Marlborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Dec. 15 by Westborough police and charged with larceny under $250 and breaking into a depository. Calagione dismissed the charges.

Keith F. Gallant, 39, of 945 Union St., Marshfield, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 29 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving with a suspended registration and having no inspection sticker. Calagione continued the case to July 12.
