Attorney John Silva Joins Mirick O’Connell

Worcester, MA – October 15, 2024 – Mirick O’Connell announces that Attorney John R. Silva has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Litigation Group in the Firm’s Worcester office.

John provides legal representation in civil litigation, contested probate, trust and fiduciary matters, family law and real estate matters. He works closely with individuals, families, and institutions to resolve disputes and when litigation is necessary, to implement efficient and effective strategies.

John is a cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law. While in law school, John was an SJC Rule 3:03 Certified Student Attorney with the Suffolk Defenders Clinic. He was also a recipient of the Suffolk Law Jurisprudence Award for Criminal Law. Before attending law school, John was an EMT/paramedic for ten years.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, John was previously with Daniel Walsh & Associates, P.C. in Plymouth and the Law Office of James W. Rosseel in Worcester.
