Attorney Moriah L. Cummings Joins Mirick O’Connell

Worcester, MA – August 14, 2024 – Mirick O’Connell announces that Attorney Moriah L. Cummings has joined the Firm as an Associate in the Firm’s Real Estate and Environmental Law Group in the Firm’s Worcester office.

Cummings focuses her practice primarily on real estate transactions. She represents clients buying, selling, financing, and leasing commercial real estate. She also assists her clients with local and state land use permitting.

Attorney Cummings received her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts Boston and her J.D. from New England Law Boston.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Cummings was an analyst working in compliance and affordable housing finance for the Massachusetts Housing Partnership.
