Attorney Robert P. Mascali Joins Mirick O’Connell

Trusts & estates attorney will help expand the firm's presence on the Cape and Islands

Worcester, MA – August 14, 2024 – Mirick O’Connell announces that Attorney Robert Mascali has joined the Firm as an Of Counsel in the Trusts & Estates Law Group, with a focus on Cape Cod.

“We are pleased to welcome Bob to our Team,” says Allen Falke, chair of Mirick O’Connell’s Trusts & Estates Team. “His years of experience and strong community connections will help expand the firm’s presence on the Cape and Islands.”

Mascali’s practice focus is the areas of trusts and estates, specializing in elder law and special needs and disability planning. He develops estate plans that address his clients’ unique needs while protecting assets and minimizing taxes.

Mascali is a highly regarded trusts and estates attorney with more than 45 years of experience in the private, public and non profit sectors. He has received numerous awards for his pro bono services and remains actively involved with the community. He presently serves on the Falmouth Select Board, the Cape Cod Regional Authority and the Falmouth Economic Development and Industrial Corporation, as well as a number of local nonprofits.

Prior to joining Mirick O’Connell, Mascali was a solo practitioner and worked previously as counsel to Bourget Law Group in North Falmouth, and to the law firm Pierro, Connor & Struss in Latham, New York, and New York City.
