Logs: Westborough Cases Include Unlicensed Driving, Larceny Charges

Wednesday, May 16

Anselmo Palaguachi, 18, of 17 Chauncy St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 21 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving with a suspended registration. Judge Robert Calagione dismissed the first charge upon payment of $600 in court costs. He dismissed the second charge.

Yollyang M. Olavarria, 22, of 27B Beaver Terrace Circle, Framingham, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 10 by Westborough police and charged with marked lanes violation, driving without a license and failing to stop for a police officer. Calagione found the defendant not responsible on the first charge, dismissed the second charge upon payment of $600 in court costs and dismissed the third charge.

Thursday, May 17

Ryan J. Ridenour, 23, of 142 Pleasant St. Apt. 1, Franklin, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Westborough police and charged with three counts of larceny over $250. Judge Vito Virzi found sufficient facts on one count, continued the case without a finding to June 11, 2013 and ordered him to remain drug-free, undergo random screenings and pay a $65 monthly probation fee. The other two charges were dismissed.

Eric R. Sharp, 34, of 37 South St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 27 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Virzi dismissed both charges.

Friday, May 18

Trevor Gatloni, 26, of 382 Ray Rd., Henniker, NH, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 27 by State Police in Westborough and charged with driving an unlicensed motor vehicle and speeding. Judge David Locke dismissed the first charge and found him responsible on the second charge and fined him $100.

Jennifer M. Brown, 22, of 77 New Braintree Rd., North Brookfield, was summonsed to court on a complaint Feb. 27 by Westborough police and charged with failure to drive in the right lane and driving with a suspended license. Locke found him not responsible on the first charge and dismissed the second charge upon payment of $200 court costs.

Stephen A. Gerundio, 21, of 674 Main St. Apt. 405, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 5 by State Police in Westborough and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Judge Locke dismissed both charges.
