Local Kids Hunt for Easter Eggs at Chapel of the Cross

Hundreds of area children participated.

When volunteers said "go," hundreds of children charged out onto a field of Easter eggs and plucked them from the snow.

In total, the Chapel of the Cross filled 15,000 plastic easter eggs with candy.

Associate Pastor David Pranga said the event creates awareness for the church and is an opportunity to give back to the community.
