Westborough Litter Cleanup a Success

WCLT Earth Day Litter Cleanup leaves town sparkling clean!

The annual Earth Day Litter Cleanup sponsored by the Westborough Community Land Trust was another huge success this year. Despite a snowy start to the week-long event, over 650 people volunteered to help clean up our town! This includes 32 large groups and 35 households who helped clean up the town we love, sometimes in pouring rain!

In addition to the families and individuals who stepped up to help, we would like to thank the following businesses and groups who volunteered: Sika Emseal, Marvell Semiconductor, HYPE 9, Eastern Dentists Insurance Co., Crossfit Prototype members, CCR Wealth Management, Malvern Panalytical, DoubleTree Hotel, the Westborough Police Department, the Westborough Newcomers Club, Westborough Connects, Westborough Civic Club, the Westborough High School National Honors Society, Gurdwara Sahib Sikh Temple, Chapel of the Cross, DelWebb Chauncy residents, Westborough Youth Lacrosse, Girl Scout troops 65259, 65192, 65009, 65133, 65247, 64897, and 65331, Venture Crew 100, Explorer Post 85, Boy Scout Troop 382, Cub Scouts from Packs 3033 and 100, and two local neighborhood groups.
