Logs: Assault and Battery, OUI, Shoplifting
These are the Westborough related cases as reported in the Westborough District Court logs for last week.

Monday, May 7
Rafael Vazquez, 44, of 180 East Main St., Apt. 312, Westborough, was summonsed to on a complaint May 5 by Northborough police and charged with OUI, open container violation and speeding in violation of special regulations. Judge Virzi continued the case to June 18.

Elinor J. Paul, 58, of 160B W. Spruce St., Milford, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 6 by Westborough police and charged with shoplifting. Judge Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $100 in court costs.

Sharon Horne, 40, of 88 South St., Apt. 2L, Westborough, was arrested March 31 by Westborough police and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (closed fist) and assault and battery. Judge Virzi dismissed the charges.
Friday, May 11
Clara Aponte, 31, of 45 Maynard St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint May 10 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and speeding. Judge Locke continued the case to July 25.
David Sanders, 34, of 3 Cedar St., Westborough, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 17 by Westborough police and charged with violating a harassment protection order. Judge Locke continued the case to June 20.
Richard Capra, 66, of 46 Thatcher St., Medford, was summonsed to court on a complaint Jan. 23 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license. Judge Locke dismissed the charge upon payment of $300 in court costs.
