Monday May 21

Zachary D. Remian, 22, of 266 East Main St., Westborough, was summonsed to court by Grafton police on a complaint Feb. 22 and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving an uninsured motor vehicle, driving an unregistered motor vehicle, and speeding. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the first charges and found him responsible on the other two charges and fined him $100 on each charge.

Sharon A. Curtin, 24, of 29 Janebar Circle, Framingham, was summonsed to court by on a complaint May 19 and charged with OUI liquor and marked lanes violation. Virzi continued the case to June 22.

Wednesday, May 23

Patricia Lambert, 65, of 66 River St., Hudson, was summonsed to court on a complaint April 27 by Westborough police and charged with driving without a license and motor vehicle lights violation. Virzi dismissed the first charge upon payment of $100 in court costs and found her not responsible on the second charge.

Eric W. King, 28, of 55 Elm St. Apt. C, Millbury, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 7 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Virzi dismissed both charges upon payment of $300 in court costs for each charge.

Thursday, May 24

Keith A. Zacek, 42, of 62 Westminster St. Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 9 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended license and having no inspection sticker. Judge Margaret Guzman dismissed the first charge and found him not responsible on the second charge.

Lindsey M. Hancock, 22, of 44 East St., Clinton, was summonsed to court on a complaint March 9 by Westborough police and charged with driving with a suspended registration and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. Guzman dismissed both charges.
