9:46 a.m.: Police perform well being check, East Main Street. John W. O'Reilly, 64, Rogers Road, Westborough, was arrested and charged with failing to appear in court

9:56 a.m.: Larceny reported, Turnpike Road

3:06 p.m.: Larceny investigated, Summer Street

3:32 p.m.: Motor vehicle theft, Turnpike Road

5:02 p.m.: Assault reported, Milk Street
