Popular Pizzeria Closes After 45 Years In Westborough: Report
Sabatini's Restaurant & Pizza, a beloved Westborough staple, abruptly closed after more than four decades in business.
WESTBOROUGH, MA - Sabatini Restaurant & Pizza unexpectedly closed, MetroWest Daily News reported.
The popular South Street pizzeria was in business for 45 years. A sign on Sabatini’s door thanked Westborough residents for decades of business but did not explain the closing. Locals shared their surprise and recalled memories of the restaurant on The Heart of Westborough Facebook page.
“A Westboro landmark,” one user wrote on the Facebook page. “Thank you for the memories.”
