Town Hosts Meeting About Jackstraw Brook Culvert Improvements, Stream Restoration
The project is expected to be finished by the end of May 2026.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — The town announced that it is hosting an informational meeting and discussion regarding a project.
The meeting will cover the Jackstraw Brook Culvert improvements and stream restoration project, which will take place in the area of Morse Street and Upton Road. The project is expected to be finished by the end of May 2026.
The event will take place on Oct. 2 at 6 p.m. in the Great Hall, located at 45 W. Main St.

The project will replace two existing culverts to convey flow from Jackstraw Brook to a new precast concrete arch culvert structure. It will also move three existing water mains, replace a section of sewer main and install stormwater structures, among other things.
