Dear Westborough Community,

“It would be a tragedy if we beat back one public health crisis only to allow another to grow in its place.”  This quote from the recent U.S. Surgeon General’s report titled “Protecting Youth Mental Health” speaks directly to the challenge we all face as we near the two-year mark of the Covid-19 Pandemic and begin to move forward.  Mental Health for all of us, especially our youth and marginalized community members has been and continues to be a priority.  This Winter 2022 Community Wellness Guide provides guidance from the Surgeon General as well as local resources that are available to all of us.
