In light of Russia’s active invasion of Ukraine, I am reaching out to you with care for our shared mental health as we once again face inexplicable violence in our world. Kids, in particular, are vulnerable to negative emotional and mental health impacts of watching and hearing about the events in Ukraine. Westborough Youth and Family Services offers support and guidance.
