WESTBOROUGH, MA—Patrols are out directing traffic by hand until its remedied, but drivers should note that traffic signals are down on Lyman Street in Westborough as of 5:15 p.m. on Friday. Police are asking drivers to avoid Lyman Street at Turnpike Road (Route 9).
