Want To Buy The Old Regal Cinema In Westborough?

WESTBOROUGH, MA—Request for Proposals are open for the sale of the land and building at 231 Turnpike Road in Westborough.

The town is accepting proposals for the purchase of this parcel, which includes 29 acres known at the "former Regal Cinema property."

Proposals to the Board of Selectmen and town are due to the town manager on or before Tuesday, Aug. 7, at 11 a.m.

The theater closed down in November of 2017 when its 20-year lease expired, reports the Telegram and Gazette.
