Westborough Jersey Mike's Set To Open This Spring
The Westborough sub shop is one of five set to open in Massachusetts this year.
WESTBOROUGH, MA — The new Westborough location of Jersey Mike's is now hiring and set to open in mid-May, according to the owners.
The 1 Oak St. sub shop is one of five set to open across the region this year, including stores nearby in Shrewsbury and Hudson.
A Jersey Mike's just opened this week in Milford. The owner, who also operates locations in Franklin, Dedham, Walpole and Norfolk, held a grand opening promotion giving out free subs in exchange for donations to local schools and the Doug Flutie foundation.

The chain was founded in the 1950s in Point Pleasant, N.J. In 2014, Jersey Mike's embarked on a nationwide expansion, aiming to grow to 5,000 locations.
