Westborough PD Receives Safety Grant From State
The program helps local police departments improve traffic safety and prevent accidents.

WESTBOROUGH, MA — The Westborough Police Department was awarded a grant from the Executive Office of Public Safety and Security, according to Rep. Hannah Kane.
Westborough police were awarded $ $31,490.24 from the Municipal Road Safety Program, according to Rep. Kane. The program helps local police departments improve traffic safety and prevent accidents and injuries on the road.
The police department was granted the same award last year, for more than $21,000.
