Westborough Shopping Plaza Sold For $10M

WESTBOROUGH, MA A popular Westborough shopping plaza was sold for millions of dollars.

The deed, which was filed on Sept. 29, was sold to West 1 Oak LLC, according to the Worcester Registry of Deeds. Linear Retail Westborough 1 LLC sold the property for $10 million.

The shopping center at 1 Oak St. includes a Chipotle, a FedEx, a PetMedic Urgent Care, and a Jersey Mike's.

The Community Advocate, which originally shared the story, reported that the building was last sold in 2015 for $8 million, according to the Westborough Assessor's Office.
