WESTBOROUGH, MA — It's almost that time of year, when parking in Westborough gets a bit slimmer.
The annual winter parking ban is back and start on Nov. 1 in Westborough. The ban expires on April 1. Cars in Westborough can't park on any public way for more than an hour from 11 p.m. to 6 a.m.
