We will share more details as they become available. The suspect was described as a white male wearing a black hoodie sweatshirt. UPDATE: The suspect is believed to have fled the scene on foot. Police are also looking for a blue car exiting the rear of the building. UPDATE 3:46 p.m., Tuesday - The helicopter was operated by the State Police. No additional information is currently available. Anyone with additional information can call the Westford Police tipline at 978-399-2072. Another bank robbery was reported in Chelmsford with a suspect fitting a similar description.
