As we remember the 10th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks, locals recall where they were when they heard the news and what has changed in the last decade.
In Westford, ceremonies for 9/11 will begin at 8:30 a.m. at the Police Station and move to the Common, where they will continue until 10 a.m., at which point, all the bells in town will ring.
