Get your tickets for West Roxbury Rocks! now, a rocking fundraiser on Friday night at the Irish Social Club.
- At tonight's West Roxbury Neighborhood Council meeting the owners of the West Napoli Cafe will discuss their plans to renovate, remove ABSI Jewelry at 5 Bellevue St., to add an ice cream, dessert and coffee shop. This is as of right project, with no zoning variances required. This meeting is open to the public. 7:30 p.m. District E-5 Police Station.
- On Wednesday is a free 100-wine tasting at Blanchard's from 6 to 9 p.m. Bring your ID.
- On Thursday night, biographer Justin Martin will discuss his newest book, “Genius of Place: The Life of Frederick Law Olmsted,” as part of West Roxbury Reads. West Roxbury Library. Free and open to the public. 7 p.m.
- On Friday night is West Roxbury Rocks! - a fundraiser for AgeWell West Roxbury. Food, music, dancing, raffles, and a silent auction. ickets here $35. Irish Social Club. 6:30-11 p.m.
