Boston PD to Hold 11th Annual Halloween Party in West Roxbury

Donations of food, candy and other goods are welcome and appreciated.

There’s some good news for trick-or-treaters in the neighborhood.

The Boston Police Community Service Office in West Roxbury has announced that it will host its 11th Annual Halloween Party next month. More than 1,000 children traditionally attend the annual event.

The party will be held once again at the Boston Police Department’s Station District E-5 in West Roxbury on Friday, Oct. 24 from 5 to 8 p.m. The event is free to all residents in West Roxbury and Roslindale that makes up District E-5.

Attendees will be treated to spooky music, character mingling, a moonwalk, games, a costume parade, face painting and more related activities. The Boston Police Bomb Squad and K-9 Units will be on site to offer demonstrations, as well.

The BPD is also seeking donations of food, candy or party supplies for the event. For more information or if interested in helping to support the event, contact 617-343-4565.
