Tax Deadline is April 15: Which Massachusetts' Post Offices Are Open Late?

Four state post offices, one in Boston, have extended hours if you need to get your taxes out before midnight Wednesday, April 15.

Taxes need to be postmarked by midnight Wednesday, April 15, and if you are still gathering all your information and need a little more time, there are several post offices in the Boston area with extended hours on tax day so you aren’t rushing to get it all done by 6 p.m.

On Wednesday, April 15, the main Boston Post Office is open until midnight. Both a Cambridge Post Office and Brookline Post Office will be open and collecting mail until 7 p.m. The post office at Bradley Airport in Springfield will be open until 10 p.m. on April 15 if that’s a better bet for you.
