West on Centre to Hold Sam Adams Beer Pairing Event Wednesday

West on Centre in West Roxbury will hold a craft beer pairing dinner event this Wednesday, Oct. 29.

The five-course meal will be paired with five beers, and the restaurant is partnering with Jamaica Plain-based Samuel Adams beer to help with the pairing.

“Each course has been thoughtfully matched by West on Centre’s Executive Chef and Bar Manager with the help of Boston Beer’s Certified Cicerone to optimally enhance each flavor during this dinner,” said Bonnie Owens, a spokesperson for West on Centre.
