- Thursday A chance of snow showers before 10am, then a chance of rain showers. Mostly cloudy, with a high near 46. Chance of precipitation is 30%. New precipitation amounts of less than a tenth of an inch possible.

3. It's Happening Today: The Wildcat Project at Wilmington High School is sponsoring it's 4th Annual Mandatory Pre-Prom Program on Tuesday, March 26, 2011 from 6:30-7:30pm at the Shriners Auditorium. All students that are planning on attending the junior or senior prom must attend with a parent or guardian. The Wildcat Project is a program addressing the current issue of substance abuse in the Wilmington community. This project consists of the following implementation strategies: 1) Drug and Alcohol abuse education for students, 2) Drug and Alcohol abuse education for parents & 3) Community outreach and education for the Wilmington community. The agenda will include information on social host liability by Wilmington Police Chief, Michael Begonis, followed by the keynote speaker, George Brown, a prevention specialist and recovering alcoholic.
4. By The Numbers: $627,759. According to that's the amount the town has had to pay for snow and ice removal, thus far, during Fiscal Year 2013.
