Credit Cards Stolen from Target Construction Site

The following is an excerpt from the Wilmington Police log from Thursday, Feb. 13, to Friday, Feb. 14.

Thursday, Feb. 13

• At 12:30 a.m. a Woburn Street resident reported threats being made to him and his family. He does not wish to pursue charges, but was more concerned for the welfare of his child.
• At 5:37 a.m. a caller reported two of his credit cards were stolen from the Target construction site yesterday.
• At 10:06 a.m. a Federal Street caller said someone claimed to be from an anti-hacking device company and asked for remote access. They were supposed to wire Western Union money to her account and instead got access to her bank account and took $434.
• At 5:12 p.m. a dispute took place on Adams Street over snow. The man was advised not to blow snow onto the female party’s property anymore. 

Friday, Feb. 14

• At 12:45 a.m. a manager at CVS noticed that a woman was shoplifting. When confronted the woman offered to pay for the items, but the manager would also like to issue a no trespass order. A Burlington taxi company was called to transport the woman.
• At 1:21 a.m. the Department of Public Works was called for a large puddle covering all of Ballardvale Street. Burlington Ave., Route 125, Richmond Street and many other locations were also flooded.
• At 12:10 p.m. a woman reported that her ex-boyfriend is parked in her drivway and she would like him to leave. The vehicle left prior to officer arrival, but he did call while officers were on scene and he was verbally advised of a no trespass order.
• At 1:10 p.m. officers assisted Tewksbury Police with a missing juvenile from their town.
• At 7:24 p.m. a group of people were fighting in the lot on Lowell Street. There is no surveillance camera outside of Eastgate Liquors and the parties were gone on police arrival.
