Fire at Forest Street Home Sunday Morning

Fire crews quickly extinguished a fire at a home on Forest Street Sunday morning.

Reports say the fire may have started in the basement of the home. The fire was first reported just before 7 a.m. Sunday morning. The fire was knocked down about an hour later.

We do not know if there are any injuries at this time.

Members of the Burlington Fire Department are assisting Wilmington Fire officials at the scene.
