Redstone American Grill Opens in Burlington

A new restaurant opened in Burlington on Wednesday in the popular 3rd Avenue retail market district, and is already generating buzz.

Redstone American Grill, the eighth in the Midwest-based chain and the first in Massachusetts, opened to the public on Wednesday.

“It’s going great,” said General Manager Tessa Watts said mid-afternoon.

Redstone features a wood-burning grill, rotisserie and an open exhibition kitchen. Watts said the Burlington location features a year-round patio, as well as a private dining space. The restaurant will also have a Sunday brunch.

“We are a from scratch kitchen,” Watts said. “With good portions. We feature steaks, burgers and salads, as well as our signature items.”

Some of those signature items include Buffalo jumbo shrimp, Lodge cornbread with maple butter, rotisserie chicken and specialty cocktails.

The chain also provides several recipes for their most popular cocktails on their webite:

• Blood Orange Anejo Margarita

The restaurant is located in the 3rd Avenue retail market located off of Interstate 95.128, Exit 32B, in Burlington.
