Selectman Jonathan Eaton Announces Run For Town Moderator

The current chair of the Board of Selectmen is not running for re-election, opting to aim for another town office.

WILMINGTON, MA — Wilmington Selectman Jonathan Eaton is running for town moderator in the April 24 town election, he announced Friday.

Eaton, the current chair of the Board of Selectmen, previously took out papers to run for re-election before deciding against it.

The town moderator seat is currently held by Rob Peterson. Peterson announced at the end of the 2020 town meeting that he would not be running for re-election.
