SEX OFFENDER MAP 2015: Where Do Wilmington's Highest Level Sex Offenders Live and Work?

Wilmington has five Level 3 sex offenders who either live or work in town, according to the state’s Sex Offender Registry Board.

The Level 3 sex offender designation is reserved for the most severe offenders. Level 3 sex offenders pose a ‘high risk’ to reoffend, according to the state. They are not wanted by police, and it is illegal to use the following information to commit a crime or engage in any discrimination or harassment against an offender.

• William Perry, 49, lives and works at 35 Oakridge Circle. Convicted of dissemination of matter harmful to minors, rape and abuse of a child and indecent assault and battery on child under 14 years of age in August, 2000.

• Michael Robinson (AKA Jordan), 47, works at 230 Ballardvale St. Convicted of rape and abuse of child (four counts) in October, 1993.

• Withold Wilhelm, 70, lives at 2 Brentwood Ave. Convicted of indecent assault and battery on a person aged 14 or older in August 1995, and indecent assault and battery on a child under 14 years of age (two convictions) in October, 1987.

• Quinel Eutsay, 31, has a secondary residential address at 4 Broad St. Convicted of rape (two convictions) in March 2009.

• David C. Nickerson, 50, works at 945 Old Main St. Convicted of rape in April, 1989.
